Qualifications:
Valid Special Education (282) Teaching License Experience and/or strong interest in resource or 1:1 special education settings Ability to adapt to various caseloads and classroom settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Manage caseloads based on experience: Resource classroom (up to 15-20 students) 1:1 case management (up to 8-10 students) Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success Track student progress and communicate effectively with families
