Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3-year-old teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education, combined with your ability to connect with young learners, will inspire a love of learning and support their overall growth. Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored specifically for 3-year-old children, incorporating literacy education, early intervention strategies, and developmental milestones Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques that promote cooperation and independence Conduct child development assessments to monitor progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, ensuring transparency and collaboration Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment in compliance with childcare standards and mandated reporting laws Incorporate physical education activities to support gross motor skills development and overall health Utilize classroom experience and teaching methods that support preschool learning objectives, including standardized testing preparation when appropriate Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and literacy education for young learners Experience in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Certification in first aid and CPR is required; knowledge of child welfare practices is essential Demonstrated ability in behavior management, classroom management, and lesson planning tailored for toddlers Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Additional experience teaching physical education or math at the preschool level is a plus Join us in shaping the future by providing a supportive, enriching environment where 3-year-olds can thrive!
