Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid state Special Education teaching certification Proven experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Familiarity with various instructional techniques suitable for a diverse range of learning needs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments Ability to assess student progress and adapt instruction accordinglyEssential Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' unique needs and IEP goals Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure cohesive instructional approaches Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress, challenges, and successes Maintain accurate records, including progress monitoring and compliance documentation Foster a safe and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages growth, independence, and self-advocacy Participate in professional development sessions and team meetings to support continuous growthWhy You'll Love This Opportunity:
