Job Description

As a Behavior Technician, you'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Compensation:
$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play. Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Communicate effectively with families and team members. Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided! Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
