As a CI Teacher for Kindergarten through 2nd grade, you'll provide support and encouragement to 17 incredible students, developing individualized plans that foster creativity, growth, and foundational skills. Your role is vital in ensuring each child's unique strengths can shine.
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification. Experience working with children in early elementary grades, preferably in K-2. Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic classroom settings. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for a caseload of 17 K-2 students. Foster inclusive, nurturing classroom environments. Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with educational teams, families, and related service providers. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans.
