Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification. Experience working with children in early elementary grades, preferably in K-2. Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic classroom settings. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for a caseload of 17 K-2 students. Foster inclusive, nurturing classroom environments. Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with educational teams, families, and related service providers. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans.Benefits:
