Our center provides a loving, Christian environment where children are encouraged to grow socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively, and spiritually. The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom while building strong relationships with children, families, and staff. The Lead Teacher should be a consistent and dependable presence in the classroom and a positive role model for both children and coworkers. Responsibilities Plan and provide developmentally appropriate, hands-on activities for 3- and 4-year-olds. Incorporate Christian values, Bible stories, prayer, kindness, and God's love into the classroom. Create a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Passion for working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, punctual, patient, and energetic. Ability to positively guide children through challenging behaviors. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
