Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in special education or a related field Current Michigan special education teaching license Strong understanding of elementary special education best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct instruction, support, and advocacy for students within the program Maintain ongoing communication with families, school staff, and service providers Track progress and document student performance Collaborate with general education teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment
