What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in education, with either an endorsement in Autism Spectrum Disorder or another area of special education (and willingness to pursue ASD endorsement). A valid Michigan Teacher Certificate. Strong capacity to manage and de-escalate aggressive behaviors, ensuring safety and emotional well-being. Effective conflict resolution skills, fostering a productive and supportive classroom. Flexibility to consider alternative qualifications as deemed appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction for students with special needs, focusing on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
