This role involves working onsite, supporting students with diverse learning needs through personalized instruction and tailored interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students. Monitor and assess student progress regularly. Collaborate effectively with general education staff and families to support student success. Implement behavior and academic interventions to address individual student needs.

Qualifications:

Valid Michigan Teaching License with a Special Education endorsement. Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or willingness to obtain and maintain certification annually. Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
