PM Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a solo-provider outpatient clinic. This is a dynamic, patient-facing role that blends clinical expertise with essential administrative support. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong experience in point-of-care testing and direct patient care.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver both clinical and administrative support in a busy outpatient setting Perform phlebotomy and collect blood samples accurately and efficiently Conduct point-of-care (POC) testing in accordance with clinical protocols Obtain and document patient vital signs and perform EKGs Assist provider during examinations, procedures, and patient visits Manage patient flow, scheduling, and daily clinic coordination Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records Support front desk functions including payments and medication-related processing
Required Qualifications:
Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential Current CPR/BLS certification Proven hands-on experience in phlebotomy, EKGs, and POC testing Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment Excellent organizational, communication, and patient care skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
