Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs tailored to each student's unique abilities and needs Foster a supportive and adaptive classroom environment Modify core curriculum as needed to address varying learning styles Work collaboratively with general education teachers and paraprofessionals Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and interventions Conduct regular assessments and adjust instructional methods accordingly Engage and communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress Uphold regulatory and district guidelines for compliance and best practices
