Key Qualifications:
Current Michigan (MI) Educator Certification required Experience with middle school resource or special education preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom community Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and colleagues
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to student needs Develop and maintain effective IEPs, manage documentation, and participate in meetings Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to drive student progress Monitor student growth, adjust strategies as needed, and provide feedback Create a nurturing, structured learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement
