Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement in Minnesota Experience designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong understanding of instructional strategies and behavioral interventions for diverse learners Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, counselors, and general education teachers Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
