Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to meet each student's unique learning requirements Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and instruction Implement evidence-based interventions and provide academic support in accordance with student IEPs Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
