Key Qualifications:
Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License, or eligibility for licensure Prior experience working with students with varying learning needs is highly valued Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with students, families, and team members Collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to classroom dynamics and individualized student plansPrimary Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and areas for growth Deliver specialized instruction and adapt curricular materials as needed for students with disabilities Monitor student progress, collect data, and communicate outcomes with families and support staff Collaborate closely with other educators, therapists, and specialists to create cohesive learning experiences Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and empowered This role offers the opportunity to work in a community that values education, diversity, and collaboration.
