Qualifications & Requirements:
Current Minnesota Special Education Teaching certification (must be attached with your application along with your resume) Demonstrated experience or genuine interest in working with elementary students with special needs Ability to collaborate closely with general education staff, families, and support personnel Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexibility and commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom environment
