Qualifications & Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (Minnesota or eligible for certification) Proven classroom experience working with students with diverse learning challenges Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families Adaptability, creativity, and patience in delivering individualized instructionKey Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate individualized lesson plans suited to each students unique needs Monitor student growth, collect data, and report progress toward academic and behavioral goals Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff for holistic student support Engage in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and meaningful input for student success Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that celebrates every studentWhats In It For You:
