HTF Staffing is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time elementary school opportunity in Cedar, Minnesota (55011).

8-10 students

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide specialized instruction and support to K-5 students with disabilities. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Support students with autism spectrum disorder and other special education needs. Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education required. ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or ABS (Academic Behavioral Strategist) licensure required. Experience working with elementary students preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
