To thrive in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and possess a valid Minnesota teaching license specific to your area of responsibility. You should have a strong foundation in child development theories and the creative ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, grade-appropriate lessons that resonate with your students. Beyond academic credentials, we value excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with parents, staff, and administrators to advocate for student success. Completion of a student teaching internship is required, along with a passion for staying current with the latest instructional technologies and trends in the field.Pay Rate/Range:
