PELSB/MDE
certification is required prior to the assignment.Qualifications:
Current, valid Special Education licensure (PELSB/MDE) required Experience working with elementary-aged students with disabilities Preference for those with a background in ASD or related teaching environments Tier 2 teaching credential Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of a diverse student populationKey Responsibilities:
Oversee and deliver individualized instruction to students on your caseload Collaborate with Paras, Interveners, and other professionals to support student IEP goals Develop and implement lesson plans and interventions tailored to individual student needs Maintain updated and accurate documentation for student progress and compliance Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment This contract runs from September 1, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 to 40 hours.
