Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Home visits to assess current needs and safety for children and families
• Family Support Team meetings and court hearings
• Positive relationships with clients and team members
• Documentation of case activity and data entry
• Regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

BSW, or other closely related social services degree Two years of relevant social services case management experience
