Child Autism Support Professional - Entry-Level Atlas Autism Health - 4.4 Lee's Summit, MO Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Do Work That Actually Matters At Atlas, we help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) build meaningful skills that create lasting change—for themselves and their families. Across our centers in Missouri and Kansas, we've built a clinical model around a simple belief: when clinicians are supported, children make greater progress. That's why we've created an environment where you can focus on delivering exceptional care without the unnecessary barriers that often lead to burnout. A Better Way to Practice ABA Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences. We've also intentionally removed many of the frustrations clinicians encounter elsewhere: Predictable, consistent schedules Strong staffing and operational support Streamlined administrative requirements Accessible and responsive leadership Clinical resources that help you do your best work The result? More time focused on clients and less time navigating obstacles. What You'll Receive Competitive compensation and performance incentives Consistent Monday-Friday schedules with no evenings or weekends Generous paid time off Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Ongoing mentorship and professional development Clear pathways for career advancement A Team That Shows Up At Atlas, collaboration isn't a slogan—it's how we operate. You'll work alongside clinicians who care deeply about their clients and each other. Leadership is engaged, communication is open, and professional growth is actively encouraged. We believe great clinical outcomes happen when great people are supported. Why This Work Matters Progress isn't measured by paperwork. It's measured when a child communicates a new need for the first time. When a family experiences a breakthrough. When a client gains skills that increase independence and confidence. Those moments are why we do this work. Join a team where your work has purpose, your voice is valued, and your career has room to grow.
