Job Description

KVC Missouri Community Based Services Child PlacementLocation:
Waynesville & surrounding communities
Pay:
$43,888-$46,000 annually
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, flexible scheduling, 9am-5pm with after hour, weekend, and holiday on call rotation required• Job SummaryAs the Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Specialist, their role is to carefully select, train, and continuously support TFC resource providers who possess the skills and dedication to offer safe and loving homes for children with unique needs.

By partnering with the Department of Social Services, Childrens Division, they are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in search of stable TFC placements, providing them with the nurturing environment they deserve to thrive and flourish.
Education:
Bachelors or masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services from an accredited institution.
Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience working with children and families in the direct delivery of social services in a public or privateagency, preferably in the fields of foster care or adoption. Demonstrate leadership qualities Critical think skills Writing/documentation skills Ability to manage time well and stay organized Flexibility in working evenings/weekends Ability to work well with a team Demonstrate flexibility Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
