9606999-59414 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing specialized instruction in resource-rich settings. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, through May 28, 2027, serving a dynamic group of middle and high school students. Most of your approximately 12-16 student caseload participates in a resource room environment, where your expertise will foster academic and personal growth. A small number of students have higher-level needs, but each is supported by a dedicated one-to-one paraprofessional to ensure a collaborative approach. You'll work in an inclusive atmosphere where professional input is highly valued, and scheduling flexibility supports both your well-being and your ability to provide outstanding instruction. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Montana Special Educator Certification (required) Experience teaching or supporting students with diverse learning needs, especially in middle and high school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and administration Flexibility and creativity in adapting curriculum for individual learning plans Commitment to ongoing professional development and student advocacy

Key Responsibilities:
