Job Description

Category Schools - Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing Job Type Contract Empower students to reach their fullest potential by supporting children with diverse sensory needs. This exciting contract opportunity offers both part-time and full-time options, encompassing work as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) and/or Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI), depending on your skill set and preference. You'll have the flexibility to shape your schedule to best fit your life while making a significant difference in a supportive educational environment near Broadway, NC.
Key Qualifications:
Certification as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and/or Teacher for the Visually Impaired Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
