Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Valid state certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired O&M (Orientation and Mobility) endorsement required Previous experience working with visually impaired students (preferred) Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with visual impairments Assess students' needs and adapt instructional materials accordingly Work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families Deliver O&M instruction and foster independence for students Maintain accurate records and progress reports
