Desired Qualifications:

Active Special Education teaching certification, with eligibility in North Carolina Previous experience teaching or supporting students in K-8 settings strongly preferred Deep understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring Strong classroom management and instructional adaptation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Commitment to promoting a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
