This is not a booth-rent position. This role is ideal for a stylist who wants stability, mentorship, structure, and accountability while growing their skills and clientele. Position Type W-2 Commission-Based Part-Time or Full-Time (schedule based on availability and salon What We're Looking For We are seeking a stylist who is: Licensed in the state of North Carolina Passionate about healthy natural hair Coachable, teachable, and open to feedback Professional, punctual, and reliable Willing to grow within a structured salon environment Able to move with urgency while maintaining quality Services We Specialize In Natural Hair Care & Maintenance Knotless Braids Cornrows / Feed-Ins Twists & Locs Sew-Ins and Protective Styles (You do not need to master EVERY service, but you must be skilled in at least one area and willing to train and improve.)
