Job Description
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher license/certification for North Carolina (or eligibility) Experience with middle school-aged students preferred Comfort working in a self-contained, non-severe environment Knowledge of IEP process and effective instructional accommodations Strong communication and collaboration skillsResponsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction for a self-contained middle school caseload Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Utilize individualized strategies to support diverse learning styles Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Engage with parents, staff, and administrators to support student growthPerks & Benefits:
