The Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in designing engaging curricula, implementing individualized instructional strategies, and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a commitment to excellence in early childhood education. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, integrating curriculum development, literacy education, math, and communication skills. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians through regular updates. Manage classroom environments efficiently by applying classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement among students. Support early intervention initiatives by identifying developmental delays early on and implementing targeted strategies for improvement. Experience Experience working in a licensed daycare facility with an Associates degree or higher in early childhood education. Demonstrated expertise in special education methodologies, including lesson planning, instructional modifications. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and childhood education best practices. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
