Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Current Special Education Teacher certification (EC or comparable required) Demonstrated experience working with students who have varying exceptionalities Skill in adapting instruction and curriculum to meet unique learner needs Ability to assess progress and adjust interventions accordingly Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families Commitment to promoting inclusion and positive classroom culture

Responsibilities Include:

Designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Modifying classroom activities and lesson plans for differentiated instruction Collaborating with general educators, support staff, and related service providers Maintaining thorough records and compliance with state and federal regulations Fostering a positive, safe, and respectful learning atmosphere Regularly communicating with parents or guardians regarding student progress
