Summary As a Teacher at Learning Together Inc., you will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive learning environment for young children. This position is essential in supporting our mission to provide high-quality educational experiences that promote development and learning for all children. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive behavior and learning outcomes. Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children's individual learning goals. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt curriculum as needed. Provide early intervention strategies for children at risk of developmental delays. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices. Foster inclusive practices that celebrate diversity within the classroom. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; teaching certification required. Experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues. Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learners. Knowledge of behavior management strategies and early intervention techniques. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that meets the needs of all students. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures is a plus.
