Job Description
Join Our Team of Compassionate Caregivers CareMinders Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate, and skilled caregivers with at least 2 years of dementia/Alzheimer's care experience to provide one-on-one care for clients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for professionals who are patient, reliable, and committed to improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals needing specialized support. Responsibilities Provide personalized one-on-one care in the client's home Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Offer companionship and emotional support Support clients with dementia-related behaviors using patience and redirection techniques Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders Maintain a safe and comfortable environment Communicate effectively with families and office staff Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dementia/Alzheimer's caregiving experience required Valid driver's license required Reliable vehicle and current car insurance required High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass a criminal background check Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently in a home setting CNA is not required, but preferred Benefits & Perks Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Paid training Incentive bonuses Annual raises for caregivers with strong performance Opportunities for advancement within the company Supportive team environment Meaningful one-on-one client relationships Health insurance for fulltime employees If you are a caring and dependable caregiver with dementia care experience, we would love to hear from you.
