This full-time position focuses on students in grades 1st through 4th, collaborating with a dedicated team of three case managers to foster growth, learning, and inclusion. Scheduled to begin August 31st, 2026 and continue through June 17th, 2027, there may also be possibilities to participate in pre- or post-planning sessions. Your role will involve managing a caseload of approximately 15-20 students, with strong support from 1:1 paraprofessionals and behavior analysts within the classroom. Emphasis is placed on both direct instruction and push-in support, crafting individualized plans and working closely with educators, families, and specialists to cultivate successful outcomes for a diverse range of learners.

Desired qualifications:
