Deliver targeted instruction to students with varying disabilities and learning styles Develop, review, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations Adapt curriculum and modify lessons based on student needs Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture Provide consultation and resources to other educators and support staff Engage with parents and guardians to support student success
