Key Qualifications:
Active Special Education Teacher certification for New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field Previous experience teaching or supporting students with IEPs Comprehensive understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills to support each learner's unique needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging instruction aligned to each student's IEP Modify curriculum and employ a range of teaching strategies to foster inclusivity Collect data to monitor progress and adjust instructional plans as needed Maintain thorough documentation of student records and IEP compliance Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and support strategies Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
