Utilize your expertise as a Special Education Teacher to deliver personalized, impactful educational services in an online setting. This contract is designed for professionals who excel in individualized instruction and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 virtual special education instruction tailored to a 5th-grade student's unique needs Implement specially designed strategies to support academic growth and development Collaborate with designated stakeholders regarding the student's progress and needs Schedule and provide approximately 2 hours of direct service per week, with additional indirect time as needed Maintain thorough documentation of services delivered and student outcomes Adapt to evolving circumstances, as the assignment may last from several weeks up to a month, depending on when out-of-district placement is finalized
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification Previous experience delivering virtual special education services strongly preferred Ability to individualize instruction and materials for diverse learning needs Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Comfortable with technology platforms used for virtual instruction Perks of this
