Qualifications and Preferred Background:
Experience as a school paraprofessional or similar role preferred Background in working with children, especially those with autism or special needs, is valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience, empathy, and a proactive, positive attitude Ability to support instructional and behavioral goals as directed by teaching staffKey Responsibilities:
