Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is for the upcoming school year. Teacher of the
Hearing-Impaired Salary:
$50-$60 per hour Teacher of the
Hearing-Impaired Hours:
Anticipated dates : 10/19/26-3/19/27 Due to being maternity leave, there is possibility start date may be earlier than expected or end date be extended if needed but any changes will be notified
Anticipated Hours:
8:00am-3:00pm (up to 32.5 hrs/wk: 6.5 hrs/day billable, 30 min break) flexible for 9:00-4:00 some days if needed Teacher of the
Hearing-Impaired Qualifications:
School Certification as a Teacher of the Hearing Impaired in New Jersey Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Teacher of the
Hearing-Impaired Responsibilities May Include:
Evaluating and determining appropriate itinerant services based on student needs Providing ongoing support to teachers regarding the needs of the D/HOH student Recommending and assisting with adaptations for classroom instruction Providing direct services with the use of the appropriate mode of communication Using assistive technology with student Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!
