Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum.QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate New Jersey Certification required: K-6 Elementary Certificate and Teacher of Students with Disabilities OR Teacher of the Handicapped Must have experience with students who demonstrate emotional, and behavioral challenges, as well as some learning differences. Seeking the right qualified individual who has strong teaching skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to teach in a self-contained classroom for Language Arts, Math, and Social Studies. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compliance with theNJ FIRST
Act Successful Criminal History Clearance Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorizationTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
10- Month Contract.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with the provisions of theBOE/FTEA
collective bargaining agreement, the salary range for this position in the 26/27 SY is Step 1 BA/BS ($68,023)- Step 18 PhD/EdD ($99,380).
