Key Job Description:

Use of personal vehicle to drive to accounts to maintain the overall health and aesthetics of containerized plants. (Reimbursed business mileage paid bi-weekly) Ensure each plant is watered, cleaned/trimmed and remains free of dust. Identify and control pest and disease issues. Maintain clean tools and workspace, carefully cleaning up debris and water spills. Communicates with Regional Manager regarding plant failures and damages. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records and submit reports in a timely manner. Proficient with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Teams. Communicates with client/account contact on a regular basis. Job Requirements

A Qualified Candidate Should:

Have a reliable vehicle to drive to accounts. Have a clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 35lbs, while also carrying tools. Be comfortable walking, bending and kneeling extensively on a daily basis. Be comfortable climbing a ladder with watering buckets/hose and tools. Be detail oriented. Have the ability to multi-task in an independent work environment. Be professional and possess good customer service qualities and positive work ethics.
