Special Ed Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs within an inclusive classroom environment. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to promote academic achievement and social development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning community. Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with high school students in inclusive settings. Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Ability to handle a caseload of diverse learners and adapt instruction accordingly. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
