Qualifications & Skills Active Special Education Teaching Credential (state reciprocity is welcomed) Previous experience working with students with disabilities Skilled in communication, collaboration, and classroom management Driven by a passion for empowering and advocating for students with special needs Flexible, resourceful, and able to adjust quickly to new environments and routines Role Responsibilities Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with varying needs across K-12 settings Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with faculty and families Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth Monitor student progress and modify teaching strategies to maximize success Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and administration as part of a comprehensive support network Maintain accurate records in compliance with all educational regulations Enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, weekly compensation, and the added perks of housing and meal stipends.
