Job Description

Category Schools - Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing in a vibrant school environment. This full-time contract opportunity begins with the 2026-2027 school year, running approximately from early September to early June, with precise dates to be confirmed according to the academic calendar. You'll work onsite, collaborating closely with educational teams and families in supporting learners' communication and academic success.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Experience working with children or youth who are deaf or hard of hearing in a school setting Knowledge of language development, audiological support, and accessible instructional strategies Ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Role Responsibilities:
