KA MultiCare Services (KAMS NY) Start Your SEIT Career with Flexibility, Support & Meaningful Impact KA MultiCare Services (KAMS NY) is seeking motivated and compassionate Special Education Itinerant Teachers (SEITs) to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced educators looking to make a difference in the lives of young children. As a SEIT, you will provide individualized 1:1 instruction and specialized support to preschool children (ages 3-5) with disabilities in homes, community settings, and general education classrooms through the CPSE (Committee on Preschool Special Education) program. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, individualized instruction aligned with each child's IEP Support developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional growth Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NYC DOE and NYSED compliance Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in case coordination Qualifications NYS Certification in Special Education (All Grades) or Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2) Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for early childhood education and supporting diverse learners Why Join KAMS NY?
