Early Intervention Therapists (SLP, OT, PT, LMSW/LCSW, TSHH, Special Education Teachers) New York City (All Boroughs) | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Immediate Cases Available | Build Your Caseload | Flexible Hours About Metro Children Services Metro Children Services is a mission-driven provider of high-quality Early Intervention services for children ages 0-3 with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We take a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, including: Special Instruction Speech Therapy (SLP) Occupational Therapy (OT) Physical Therapy (PT) Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) We are actively hiring licensed providers across NYC to support children and families in home and community-based settings. Compensation Competitive hourly rates based on discipline, experience, and case type Consistent referrals and steady case availability Opportunities to build or expand your caseload quickly Who We're Hiring We are seeking qualified professionals in the following areas: Licensed Social Workers (LMSW, LCSW) Certified Special Education Teachers (Birth-Grade 2 or Permanent Certification) Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) Occupational Therapists (OT) Physical Therapists (PT) Teachers of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) About the Role Provide 1:1, play-based Early Intervention services to children ages 0-3 in home and natural environments. Work closely with families to support developmental milestones and implement individualized, evidence-based strategies. Depending on your discipline, services may include special instruction, ABA-informed strategies, and related therapies such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 Early Intervention services Deliver services in home or community-based settings Implement IFSP goals and individualized plans Collaborate with families and caregivers Track progress and maintain documentation Coach parents on strategies to support development Qualifications (Required) Active New York State license or certification in one of the following: LMSW or LCSW Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2) or Special Education Certification Licensed SLP, OT, or PT TSHH Certification (New York State) Preferred Early Intervention or pediatric experience (training and support provided) Schedule & Locations High demand in: Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan Flexible, part-time schedule based on your availability Cases available across all five boroughs High demand in: Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens We match you with cases near your preferred areas Why Join Metro Children Services?
