5 | NYS Special Education Certification Required | Bachelor's Degree Required About the Role We're hiring Special Education Teachers across multiple school sites. You'll design and deliver individualized instruction, manage IEPs that actually drive student growth, and work alongside a collaborative team that values your expertise. This isn't a compliance factory. You'll spend your energy teaching, not fighting the system. What You'll Do Develop and monitor IEPs with real student outcomes in mind Teach using evidence-based strategies (not generic one-size-fits-all) Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning profiles Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families Build a safe, inclusive environment where students can grow Use data to guide instruction and document real progress What We Need Valid NYS Teaching Certification in Special Education (Students with Disabilities or related endorsement) — Required Bachelor's degree — Required Strong communication and classroom-management skills Genuine commitment to students with special needs Master's Degree Support NY State requires a master's within 5 years.We make it easy:
