Pay Range:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Hours Available:
Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekend On-Call Hours Required) Are you a highly experienced professional who has been working in the Mental Health Field providing care and support for individuals who happen to have intellectual or developmental disabilities? Then Mountain Lake Services might be the place for you! We are offering a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend on-call hours for our Positive Behavior Support Specialist position located in Keeseville, NY.
What you get to do:
Includes but is not limited to the following. Complete functional behavior assessments for youth identified by the Critical Time Transition Program team. Develop person-centered Positive Behavior Support plans for youth as appropriate. Train Critical Time Transition Program staff and families/caregivers on the use of Positive Behavior Support plans, including proactive interventions and strategies.
Requirements:
Master's level professional required in Mental Health Field. Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training required if no already licensed as a Behavior Analyst. Experience working with youth and families preferred, especially in behavior support for youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
