The Role The Talent Acquisition function at Thornton Tomasetti is a strategic partner to the business, focused on leveraging leading technology and innovative sourcing strategies to attract the next generation of talent across our global offices. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in building our earlycareers pipeline, supporting the recruitment of interns and entry-level professionals. You will partner closely with business leaders, universities, and candidates to deliver a seamless, engaging recruitment experience-while helping to shape the future of our engineering teams. We are a proactive, self-sourcing Talent Acquisition team, using direct outreach, campus engagement, and AI-driven tools to identify and attract high-potential talent early in their careers. Why Join Us Be part of a people-first, high-impact Talent Acquisition team that directly influences business growth Work in a modern, tech-enabled recruiting environment, leveraging AI and automation Gain exposure to senior leadership and global hiring strategy Join a culture that values proactivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement Play a key role in building diverse, innovative teams across a growing global organization What you'll do Partner with business leaders to understand early careers hiring needs and workforce plans Support and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for interns and entry-level roles Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student groups, and early talent networks Leverage Workday Recruiting to manage applications, track candidates, and ensure data accuracy Utilize CRM tools and AI-driven automation through our Phenom platform to engage early talent pipelines Proactively source and engage students and recent graduates through events, outreach, and digital platforms Coordinate and support campus events, career fairs, and virtual engagement initiatives Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance early careers programs, processes, and systems What you'll bring 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internship experience welcomed) Interest in Talent Acquisition, early careers, or university recruiting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with students, universities, and internal stakeholders Comfortable working with technology and systems; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday) is a plus Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative Compensation The rate for this position generally is $70,000- $80,000 .
