Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification for K-12 or K-6 Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teamsKey Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and small-group instruction to meet diverse learning needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families Adapt instructional materials and strategies to support students' academic and social-emotional growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date students' records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Communicate progress and collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and administratorsBenefits:
